Academy – The Pathway to Elite Cricket
The LCCA is designed to take London’s top young cricketers on a journey from recreational cricket to high-level performance. Our County Academy Programme starts with talent identification at U7s/8s and progress through tailored training up to U19. Unlike traditional pathways, LCCA provides personalised coaching that focuses on both cricketing skills and holistic personal growth whilst keeping up with the rapid developments in the white ball game. We aim to find London’s top 20 cricketers in each age group to represent London County against other major/minor counties and other academies. We uniquely partner with a range of schools, ECB Premier League Clubs, Counties and Franchise Teams globally to offer the best pathway for your child.
